Overall, a good, professional service from the Belvoir team. They did keep in touch during the sale process and went the extra mile to help move my sale along. However, the service provided by the conveyancers, that Belvoir recommended to me, Premier Property Lawyers was very disappointing, causing much stress, delays and a lack of good customer service. I would recommend using Belvoir as an estate agent, however I'd suggest using a local, independent conveyancer.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
Ok, but hard to park a car
Communication is good, generally I am consulted on any maintenance issues and as I live some distance away I have come to trust the property manager and selection of contractors.
Belvoir staff are prompt at informing us of any changes or alerting us to information from tenants. Communication is good, however we would wish for more consistency when making inventory checks. Garden areas, or indeed any area included in the tenancy agreement, should be assessed as rigorously as the house interior.
I live in a property next door to one managed by Belvoir. The fence (owned by the property they manage) came down 20 days ago and they've made no effort to repair it or let us know when they plan to do so.
Were not very helpful cash buyer seeking property she didn't even want to regester us with them strange approach
