Outstanding Service from Belvoir Cheltenham. I was a tenant of a property in Cheltenham managed by Belvoir for just over a year and was impressed with high level of service, friendly demeanour and overall honesty of their team. Having had bad experiences with letting agencies in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by Belvoir - the team were always at hand to help if there were any issues (appliances stopped working) or if I had any queries. Shout out to Jane and Neil in the Cheltenham office who were especially helpful. If I were ever to rent in Cheltenham again, these would be my go-to letting agency.
