In one of those almost unbelievable scenarios, I walked in on a whim for the first time in JLL’s Chelsea office on a Monday, was very welcome by Andrew and Lydia and by Wednesday lunchtime Lydia had produced a serious offer from a prospective tenant. Truly a record. I could not have been happier with Lydia’s professionalism, efficiency, responsiveness and positivity. Everything progressed very correctly and quickly and and the tenants moved in less than two weeks later. My overall impression of JLL Chelsea is of a growing outfit where the accessibility and friendly immediacy of a small team operates within the legal, professional and ethical framework of a much larger company.
