UPDATE to my below original review: In reply to Neil’s reply, I have text and called with Megan who he put me in contact with yet she doesn’t reply. Neil, I have also texted and called you DIRECTLY and you don’t reply either, it’s beyond frustrating at this point! Over a month of trying to reach someone at JLL to no avail! I am SHOCKED that JLL is still in business to be honest, I am almost certain the previous reviews are fake and I give up with trying to contact your agency any more, DO NOT LIST YOUR PROPERTY HERE!!!! Original review left May 28th: I find it extremely difficult to believe these previous reviews are real reviews after calling for almost week now and leaving three separate messages with their “answering service” over the last 2 days and never hearing back about a property. It is beyond frustrating, especially during the stress of moving to be left in limbo time after time without any care or courtesy call by JLL. So unprofessional, i even tried selecting a different department from the automated menu when I called a few other times to get through to someone but still reached their “answering service” who are very nice but pretty useless as they can’t transfer you to anyone and just say everyone at the office is busy at this time. Well apparently everyone at the office has been busy since I originally called on Monday and it’s now Saturday, well Done on losing a potential Longterm client very quickly!
