We have been with Northwood for nearly 8 years & have been very hapy with the gauranteed rental scheme as we live in Australia. This has given us peace of mind, Marion & Martin have been very clear, honest & upfront with all of the dealings. We have received our rent promptly & any maintenance work required has been a fair market price. We will continue to use the company and highly recommend them if you want a reliable, professional and trsutworthy company.

What can I say. Jackie has been so much help assisting me In finding a property. She has been efficiant and most helpful in every way. I viewed a property on Monday and by Friday she had sorted all paperwork etc even though there were many obstacles along the way. She has proven that there are still some very nice people out there who are willing to help you that extra mile and for that I am extremely grateful. Many thanks Jackie. I owe you a bottle of wine!! Horrendous experience with these people. Not helpful in the slightest and refuse to help my elderly parents-in-law. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. M* is especially rude. Marion (apologies about the spelling if it's wrong!) is the only helpful person there. AVOID .

Very bad customer service 2 weeks been progress. They said it will take 48 hours. I called two times the lady said I will check it and than call you but nobody called. Finally I sent email cancel application. Still no answer but someone read the email because I have seen flat on market again.
