Since the new owners took over, there has been a massive improvement. They have overhauled the rental process and increased our rental income. Communication with them is much better and they have gone over and beyond when dealing with us. Would not recommend before the take over but would now the new owners are In place.

We would like to thank Zaman for his expertise in renting out our property as we have no experience in this field, the advice and procedure was professional and the flat was quickly rented. We have been helped by Northwood to let and manage our property for the last 5 years. We have always received very good service by the whole team, but in particular Ms Jackie Ellis, who has always been very very prompt in answering our e mails and queries. Jackie is very thorough and has always tried to help us with the best possible advice. Marion has also provided good administrative support. We would not leave Northwood for any other estate agents unless absolutely have to. It’s 5 stars from us!! Well done to Jackie and the team 👏👏
