Bond Residential seem to value their home buying clients over everyone else. Our emails were ignored even after sending all of our details to view a property. On the day of the viewing, we were sent a very dismissive email completely ignoring our previous email. Quite an unpleasant experience.

I also noted in your communications that you required a video viewing of the rental property you were enquiring about. I can confirm that at the present time this is not a service that we receive demand for but can assure you that we will keep the matter under review.

I would therefore urge you to get in contact with me so that I can look into your grievance and hopefully resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
If you posted this review against the wrong company then I would kindly request that your review is withdrawn or that you notify Google of the error so that they can arrange to remove it.
