Purchased house through Bond Residential at the back end of 2014. My initial contact was via phone and registering my interest in the type of property i was looking for. The initial house we inquired about had fully booked up their viewing spots. I let the agent know what we were looking for and if a viewing slot became available then to let us know. The next day i was contacted regarding another property that was not yet fully listed on the market. We had first viewing of the property and organised a second viewing two days later, after which we made an offer. I was constantly kept up to date by their helpful and friendly staff and felt like they genuinely cared about my purchase. Would recommend to anyone purchasing a new house, in particular the Chelmsford branch whom i have nothing but praise for. Considering this was my first time buying a property, between Bonds Residential and my solicitors, it was more straightforward than i could imagine.
