Tenant review

We rented for approximately 6 years with the Chelmsford branch. I found them all to be very helpful and any repairs were carried out in a timely fashion. The contractors instructed were always professional and friendly. At the checkout Paul Murphy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond my expectations as the cleaning company we had instructed failed to clean the property to the correct standard. With his help speaking with the third party cleaning agent we managed to get the property back to an acceptable standard and recieved our full deposit back. I would recommend this branch to new tenants looking to rent.
