After having a bad experience with a well-known high street estate agent who provided us with inadequate marketing, little communication and a vastly inflated valuation that resulted in virtually no viewings, we decided to switch to Ewe Move, which was the best decision we made. From day one, Joe was calm, professional and in control of the whole process. I found Joe very easy to talk to about any queries or concerns I had. He was never flustered and filled me with confidence. Joe took great pains to market the property on every possible platform which resulted in a lot of interest and viewings. Joe was proactive throughout the process and followed up on every viewing to receive feedback, which was communicated to ourselves. We were kept updated on any developments throughout. It wasn't an easy market in which to sell the property and it did need some work doing to it.
