There are so many scammers and charlatans in the rental game these days. So when a company comes along that is professional, courteous, and trustworthy, it's like a breath of fresh air. Balgores seem to have got it right! They obviously understand the customer - service dynamic and have addressed this by attending to their recruitment policy. They seem to only employ exemplary people such as Jody Manno, who has been excellent throughout the rental process for us. It is, therefore, based on her professionalism that I happily rate Balgores 5* Keep it up!

Balgores have been managing a flat for me for a number of years now, and I have had no complaints at all. From the start of the process with the call handler triaging my call, through to the sale, it has been a delight to work with Allanah, Ellie & Sarah at Balgores in Chelmsford. Allanah was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, having done research and comparisons t9 show me beforehand. We went through with the sale and all throughout the process, which is fraught with obstacles, the team were with us all the way. If I needed anything, they were there for me.
