Having Balgores as my letting agent has been a very pleasant experience during my time as a tenant. They have provided a fantastic service by communicating clearly, being friendly and helpful, and always taking the time to respond to any queries or issues. Compared to other letting agents I have been with, this is by far the best one out there. Ben Vainola was super helpful during my time as a tenant. If I ever had any requests or queries Ben would always be quick to respond with a solution. I always felt reassured by having Ben as my letting agent as he was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Ben would even respond out of hours and was always quick to resolve any concerns or answer any queries.

I have a portfolio of 12 properties that Daniel, Ben, Jody and the team manage for me and I couldn’t fault their service. They are always proactive in dealing with any problems that crop up and advise me well when it comes to marketing the properties and maximising their potential rental prices.

I have never experienced any problems with Balgores during my four years dealing with them. They have always been extremely efficient, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Communication is clear and prompt, and everything is handled smoothly! A special shoutout to Ben in particular — he has always been approachable, friendly and quick to respond. It really makes a difference dealing with someone who genuinely cares and gets things sorted without any hassle. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I cannot recommend Allannah at Balgors Chelmsford enough. There is no other Agent in the city or even Essex like her. Professional, efficient and got out property on the market and sold with asking price within a month.
