Straight from the start upon meeting her we were very impressed in her knowledge of the market and local area, professionalism and speed of getting the sale of our property up and running. The Photographer came and took some fantastic photos and really made the house look its best. The sales brochure was professional and well written. (We had put our house for sale a year earlier with another local sales agent and the difference was like chalk and cheese. Photos were rubbish, write up was poor and interest in the property was poor, needless to say it didn't sell and we took it off the market). Balgores professionalism and quality was a different level, and we had multiple viewings and several offers after the first week of going online, and Sale agreed shortly after at a great price for us.
