Terrible support! While the software is ok and probably has potential, the whole system is hindered by the lack of support. The sales rep sold us the dream and left us high and dry. Support is via an annoying chat bot chat interface inside the app, support sucks and take too long to respond. Most of the time, they'll tell you that someone will call you back but as you can image agents are on the phone all day and typically need to return phone calls. As there is no dedicated number to call this is annoying! I'm now looking for an alternative with a PHONE NUMBER. Until then 1-star matey!
