We have just left our flat and wanted to share a great review for Regal as we think they’ve been excellent with us throughout our whole tenancy. From the start, everything was very formally done, with clear explanations and portals for easy access of documentation and signing. It’s all been very easy. Any time we had any issue or repair, they were very immediate with their response and would send a contractor same day if they could. Every month we received confirmation of rent payments via email and anything they needed from us at any point was communicated clearly and efficiently. Having heard horror stories about London Landlords, we are very lucky that we experienced our first time renting in London with Regal and would recommend them to anyone in the area !!! :)
