She was informative, explaining everything so that we understood it and answered all our queries really quickly. She was always on the end of the phone whenever we needed any advice or to direct us to the right person. We didn’t feel any pressure, Sarah was super relaxed and friendly, and we’re really pleased we had her to help us purchase our first home!
