Unbelievably poor. Communication is almost non existent. Guarantees of callbacks from our completion “specialist” were not realised a single time, even on our completion day. Emails take days or weeks to be responded to, if at all. Then there’s the outright lies. Telling our estate agent that they have updated us, when they absolutely have not. If I worked for a company who treated clients like this, I’d leave out of embarrassment. We’ve been left feeling as though Iamsold could not care one bit about our sale, presumably since they get their payment up front from the buyer? Where’s the incentive for them to actually follow through? Given all of this, to no surprise our sale has now fallen through. What a waste of three months. Don’t make the same mistake we have in trusting Iamsold with your house sale. Beyond awful.
