I got in touch by email with my query and she replied promptly with clear detailed advice giving a clear insight into next steps. Allison charged me a very reasonable fee to review the paperwork to ensure all was inline if we needed to take any action. Luckily, the tenant moved out a few weeks after their agreed date so no further assistance was required. If I ever needed these services again Allison would be my first choice.
