"I was referred to Allison by a friend of hers, Lesley, who had mistakenly advised me to apply for a rent repayment order after two and a half years with a difficult landlord. I initially contacted Allison on 22/02/2024, providing her with all my documentation and a brief explanation of what had transpired during my tenancy, and asked for her assistance. Allison promptly responded, acknowledging that a rent repayment order might not be the best course of action, and discussed her charges for reviewing my case, which I agreed to pay. On 28/02/2024, I tried calling Allison for an update but was unable to reach her. Later, she replied to my email, stating that she would provide an update by the end of the week. When I contacted Allison on 01/03/2024 to schedule a call or request an email update, I received no response. However, on 04/03/2024, I received a WhatsApp message from Allison at 10:03 pm, stating that she had missed a call from my work mobile, mistakenly thinking it was a new client. I replied, reminding her that we had already spoken and that I was waiting for an update on my case, as promised. I followed up with an email, to which Allison replied and we had a short email exchange, followed by a telephone call where she mentioned completing a form if I requested it, but I heard nothing back. On 13/03/2024, I tried contacting Allison via telephone, mobile, office line, and email, but received no response. I continued my attempts to reach her on 19/03/2024 and 20/03/2024, but still heard nothing back. Frustrated, I decided to contact Debbie, who works with Allison, and she assured me that she would ask Allison to call me. Unfortunately, I still received no response. On 25/03/2024, I tried reaching out to Allison again via telephone, mobile, office line, and email, but to no avail. I contacted Debbie once more, who informed me that Allison had undergone an operation. On 28/03/2024, I sent an email to Allison, mentioning that I had spoken to Debbie twice and was not informed about Allison's health situation. Lesley had informed me about it, and I requested that if Allison was currently unable to handle my case, someone should let me know. However, I received no response. In frustration, I searched for reviews of the business on Google and came across Eddie Warren's review, which mirrored my own experience. I forwarded this review to Allison, and finally received an apology. After a brief email exchange, I expressed my disappointment with the unprofessionalism but stated my willingness to proceed. Allison mentioned that she would be able to assist me after Easter, but when I asked for a specific time and date for a scheduled call or email, I was ignored. I asked my friend to call Allison from Her number and she received a text back straight away asking for her contacting details and what the issues she had was. Since then, I have tried contacting Allison on 02/04/2024 and 03/04/2024 via telephone and email, but have received no reply. My experience with this company has been extremely unprofessional, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. A simple email stating that they were either not interested in handling my case or unable to do so at the moment, along with a proposed date, would have sufficed. I'm grateful that I found other online reviews and hope that people read this before deciding to waste their time with Allison. I strongly advise avoiding this company."
