I have actually just had the best kind of experience with the manager of Balgores Chelmsford, Allanah, who has personally gone out of her way, to rectify an issue I had with her branch. I acknowledge that she didn't need to do that but sometimes the most satisfied customers are the ones who initially were the most aggrieved.
