I have never experienced any problems with Balgores during my four years dealing with them. They have always been extremely efficient, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Communication is clear and prompt, and everything is handled smoothly! A special shoutout to Ben in particular — he has always been approachable, friendly and quick to respond. I cannot recommend Allannah at Balgors Chelmsford enough. There is no other Agent in the city or even Essex like her. Professional, efficient and got out property on the market and sold with asking price within a month.
