If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Sam and Allannah from Chelmsford Balgores were AMAZING from our very first viewing to completion. Made what should of been a very stressful process, simple and enjoyable. We will 100% be using them again and I strongly recommend any first time buyers like us to use Sam or Allannah. I had a very nice experience with them. They have been polite, they gave me detailed updates, left me messages whenever it was needed. All went fine, I found my new rental property through them - hopefully our nice connection stays like this. Ben, in the Chelmsford branch seems very nice and helpful.
