This has been an 18-month journey through a very challenging period of my life, and Allannah, my agent from Balgores, conducted herself with grace, patience and professionalism throughout. On a personal level she offered unwavering support, guiding me every step of the way. The house was sold off-market, at exactly the price she forecast, with clear and consistent communication all the way through. I could not have done it without her. Allannah is a true credit to the industry and the standard every agent should strive to be. Knowledgeable, flexible, kind (but firm when required - she is not to be crossed if you’re on the wrong side of right), and always showing tenacity and spirit. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Whilst very exciting, moving house is undoubtedly a challenging & stressful moment in life. Extremely Happy with how the sale of my house went. Balgores, and especially Allanah, have been superb. It’s my first experience of selling a house and I had been warned of how much you have to chase, but this wasn’t the case with Allanah. She provided constant updates and the communication was the stand out for me, as selling a house can be very stressful. Thank you for making it run so smoothly.
