I did start looking for a property around Chelmsford about 3-4 months ago, Balgores was one of the estate agent I had contact with. From the first second our agent, Mike Bacon was really excellent, different from the managers. He was kind, calm, patient, quick, with full of empathy. Our case was not easy. We were seeking a perfect rent since January and it became more and more urgent as we passed the time. My daughter must move until 16th of March, because of her obligate special practice in her school. She needed to move from Brentwood to Chelmsford. She has 2 dogs, and everybody knows it's not an easy job to find a rent with 2 dogs for a student. It's easy to complain about a service, but few of us bother to tell when we have exceptionally good service!
