Throughout the process of buying a home Jo was meticulous in chasing up things that need to be done, and was critical in speeding up the process. As someone who was purchasing a home from Charters, I am aware that she was "working for" the seller rather than the buyer, nevertheless she was always helpful to us, and even chased items on our behalf.
