I have appreciated the encouragement, support and reassurance Jo (and the Charters team) have given me throughout a somewhat lengthy process. Always professional but able to work on a personal level, too. Jo was always pleasant and a pleasure to meet with and talk to. I was grateful for her regular up-dates and the help and advice she has given.
