I ordered from Airthings in 2020 via the German website. The goods were then shipped from Norway and got stuck in customs due to incorrect information. I contacted Airthings several times by email to try to find a solution... only excuses and stories... over 9 MONTHS later, I received a refund via credit card without any comment. I never received the ordered devices. Completely baffled...
