From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient - which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. She showed us the property multiple times without any hesitation and was always happy to answer questions or offer advice. Even after the offer was accepted, Denise stayed really involved and proactive. She chased solicitors and the seller regularly, which helped to speed things up significantly - something I really appreciated as a first-time buyer unfamiliar with the process. Her communication throughout the whole thing was excellent. She kept me updated every step of the way and was always quick to respond, even outside of normal working hours. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. At one point, she even went as far as contacting a neighbour to help me find the gas meters at the new place - something that wasn’t really her responsibility, but she did it without hesitation. I honestly can’t thank Denise enough for all her help. She made a stressful process so much smoother and more manageable. OUTSTANDING! We have just sold our house with Frost in Chalfont St Peter and really can't say enough good things! We had been on the market with another estate agent for many months with lots of viewings but no offers. We decided to co-list with Frost and within a few weeks we had a load of new viewings and an offer which we accepted. In the final stages of exchange/completion I have to say Ben was outstanding.
