Grace and Jess were stars throughout the process, they always came across as pleasant and personable whilst remaining professional. Nothing was too much trouble (and I was a pain at times, as i went back to view so often!) I had a small hiccup after completion and Grace followed it through to the end to get a resolution. Alex Grace was really helpful all throughout, he was very friendly, highly professional, approachable, very prompt and swift in responding. I felt like he was there to help always when needed. Frost Partnership absolutely deserves this five stars. They have been superb. We managed to get buyers for our house quickly and offering the asking price. At all times, Frost have been professional with correspondence, marketing and viewings. I have trusted their judgement and felt that they handled my concerns admirably.
