We cannot fault the service that my brother and I received from all the staff at the Chadderton branch of Ryder and Dutton, when dealing with the sale of our deceased mother's property. All the staff were courteous and helpful but particularly Elki and Cody were the two members of staff who we dealt with. They were always polite and helpful and happy to deal with our questions and queries, however small. Thank you for all your advice, kindness and understanding.

From the first contact with Ryder & Dutton the service was excellent. An appointment was made and the agent turned up on time and was clearly knowledge about properties in the area . He suggested a selling price and full explained his reasons and how he felt to sale would go . He was correct . The agent called during Covid restrictions and he adhered to all government guidelines . All publicity was posted and a sign out up at the property exactly at the time I was given by Elki. I was constantly informed of what steps were being taken, including viewings and the sales procedure etc Elki provided a professional and friendly service and she is a tribune, valuable asset to the company and has outstanding communication skills.
