I recently purchased a property to let in Failsworth and decided to have Ryder and Dutton manage my letting for me, as they already manage one of my other properties and have always been efficient and very professional. Leann came to view the property and she provided excellent advice and guidance, which saved me from doing a lot of unnecessary work. She has been very responsive and has have kept me engaged throughout. It’s refreshing not to have to chase all the time. I would definitely recommend R&D to others.
