Deciding to leave a review as I've just had a very positive experience with Ryder & Dutton, specifically Brooke and then Catherine afterwards. As background I've been going through quite a challenging and frustrating sale (not managed by Ryder & Dutton) and purchase (managed by Ryder & Dutton) process. My sale was managed by a different estate agent and management company has been quite frankly a nightmare in every aspect. People have been difficult to deal with, slow and poor communication and just kept getting the basics wrong time and time again (memorandum of sale had to be issued 3 times!). I had to do a huge amount of heavy lifting in the background to get it over the line. My purchase however has been a night and day experience and has gone incredibly smoothly. Both Brooke and Catherine have gone above and beyond what they needed to to help me keep everyone happy and informed and have even helped me chase people on my sale side even though the had no responsibility to do so. Communication from both has been excellent throughout, they have been really understanding and kind which has been really appreciated during an incredibly stressful time. I don't think we'd be where we are without their help and we are now excited again about our move. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent for sale and purchase.
