I cannot recommend Ryder & Dutton Chadderton branch more after selling my house with them. It's the first time I've ever been through the process and it was even more daunting selling during the pandemic and I found Ryder & Dutton fantastic. They are very organised and professional. Their opening hours are great as they have an out of hours team who work outside of the normal office hours. I had a virtual viewing and they generated a lot of interest in my property and the photographer also took beautiful photos for the website and Rightmove. Andrea Mulrooney looked after my sale. She is extremely warm, friendly, patient (as I had a lot of questions) and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. She also gave regular updates and I never felt I had to chase for information it was already there waiting for me. She would always email me updates aswell so that I could return to information whenever I needed it. Andrea would speak to my buyer regularly and also their solicitor to ensure the process ran smoothly and I could not be more happy with how she managed my sale. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone I know.PositiveQuality
