Karen, I realise you have your problems but please stop these reviews you post under fictitious names. For the benefit of anyone reading this, Karen is not a client and has never been. Her exceptionally threatening behaviour and language has resulted in quite a few police complaints from her neighbours, many of whom have had to move house because of Karen's bizarre behaviour.
