When I planned to move to Falkirk, I just walked into the Northwood office and got good vibes from the start. Very courteous, prompt help from staff (Nicola, special thanks!). Unfortunately my landlord decided to sell, and I had to leave, but I wouldn't hesitate to return to Northwood in the near future. An easy 5-stars from my side.
