We used EweMove to sell our house and I would definitely recommend going to them straight away! We made the mistake of going with a high street estate agent to begin with, who were hopeless. Chris, Simon and the team are fantastic at what they do and the customer service is great from a sellers point of view. They sold our house within about 8 weeks which was impressive in a tricky market flooded by competition from new builds. Whereas the high street agent didnt even get a single offer in 3 months. So my advice is do not waste your time with high street agent, go with EweMove from the start!

I bought and sold through EweMove and this has all now completed. My flat was recently on with another agent in the town and did not feel that they were pro-active enough in finding me a buyer for my flat, photography wasn't up to standard etc etc. I had heard from a friend that EweMove were great so gave them a call and Simon was able to come round the next morning. From the outset he was very positive and enthusiastic. He gave me a full update on similar properties sold in my area and a wider market update. I was very impressed so did not hesitate in asking him to bring my property to market there and then. He took professional photography which made my dinky flat look amazing and the flat was on the market that night. They managed to get me an asking price offer and then we subsequently found a house through EweMove that we fell in love with.
