Sam was lovely, really liked her 'superpower' of putting herself in our shoes and understanding what criteria was important to us! It was like she knew what our next question would be. A great example was regarding the neighbouring land. Every property we are looking at has farmland next door which I want to potentially buy a parcel. Not only did she know that the farmer may be willing to sell a bit of land but somehow knew that was the next question in my head! Other said they didn't know which meant that they didn't think to ask the question to the vendor ;) Things like that go a very long way with me! Very impressed.
