In spite of all the blockers and hickups throughout the 1st home not-so-easy buying process, my experience with Parkers was very positive. Tiegan assisted me from viewing to settling down in the new property, and her work was outstanding. I was also followed by other great agents that helped me to finalize the exchange of contracts (Damien and Nicole), which made me feel there was always someboy there to help and address my questions. Rob Penford sold our house in Sonning Common in April this year. Being an unusual property, this was no mean feat! We had valuations from other agents, but with Robs experience and enthusiasm, he saw though our properties negative points and turned them to our advantage. Rob would report back to us following each viewing with a comprehensive review and was always available to speak to. We ended up with a couple of offers, and obviously went with the highest bid. When they withdrew that offer shortly after, he had handled the failed bidder so diplomatically, he was able to bring that offer back to the table. I cannot recommend Parkers in Caversham highly enough. Rob and Harry were of great support to me as I was moving house for the first time in 43years and the whole procedure was very daunting. I found Parkers was of more help to me than anyone else and certainly more contactable which was greatly appreciated - I did not have to wait for Monday morning to come! I was guided through the whole process by them, they were professional and nothing was too much trouble for the team in Caversham.
