Rob Penford sold our house in Sonning Common in April this year. Being an unusual property, this was no mean feat! We had valuations from other agents, but with Robs experience and enthusiasm, he saw though our properties negative points and turned them to our advantage. He came up with a marketing ploy and Parker’s Estate agents had potential buyers viewing the property very quickly. Rob would report back to us following each viewing with a comprehensive review and was always available to speak to. We ended up with a couple of offers, and obviously went with the highest bid. When they withdrew that offer shortly after, he had handled the failed bidder so diplomatically, he was able to bring that offer back to the table. He dealt with the rest of the process with the same professional approach. Never a straightforward sale, we knew we were in safe hands. Above and beyond his remit, Rob even sent over potential properties for us to buy from other agents! We cannot recommend Rob highly enough as a hugely professional and accomplished estate agent.
