The attention to detail and service from Farmer and Dyer has been fantastic. This is the second time we have sold with them over the last 10 years. Both times we achieved our list price with multiple offers within a few weeks of being listed. I think this is due to due to them having a great understanding of where the market is at the time and what is actually achievable rather than pie in the sky valuations.
