It was a good start but as time went on I felt it went off the boil. Lots of time wasters coming to view with no intention of buying, communication from Roxy and Thomason was great, as this lengthy period went on I emailed to take it off the market, this never happened, eventually a buyer was found and again a lengthy process of silence, we’d given up if I’m honest, then received a call to ask us to be out in one week, when I said this was impossible they asked Why? I then agreed personally with the buyers a reasonable date to vacate and complete. I did a lot of the negotiation myself. I do repeat though that Roxy & Thomason are a credit to your business
