The whole team were very helpful and professional during a very difficult time for me. The open day was handled by Alex whilst I was away which resulted in a sale within a couple of days to a lovely local family. Sue kept me up to date with regards to the sale and conveyancing as much as possible and letting me know when I needed to take any further action to move things along during this stressful time. I would be more than happy to use Park and Bailey again at Caterham Hill if the need every arose again.
