When Chris first came round to view our property there was no pushy sales pitch just a chat about what Park & Bailey could offer and they didn't disappoint. The property was correctly priced after consulting with us and viewings were lined up ready for the open day and they managed to get the right type of people through the door as the property was sold pre-marketing. After the sale some Agents would move on but Chris and Mark assisted us with our onward purchase and were then available to provide guidance and advice throughout the process even on moving day. Even when there were bumps in the road with our purchase there was no pressure to get us to proceed so as to get the sale on their books unless we were happy and satisfied to go ahead with our onward purchase. Having Park & Bailey to hold our hand throughout the process was invaluable and I can not recommend them strongly enough!
