We must present all offers to a client when they are received as we have a legal obligation to do this until an offer has been formally agreed by the owner of the property, a holding deposit paid and referencing commenced. It is always a difficult situation to deal with when a single property receives multiple offers because inevitably it means we will have to let someone down as ultimately only one offer can be accepted.
