She knew what I was after only after a few moments of meeting her and was very helpful in handling the process of finding my new home and made sure everything went smoothly, I never had to reminder/chase on things. Pleasure to work with and her manager Josh was also very great when I visited the office and dealing with the inventory/deposit.
