I've had some awful experiences with letting agencies in the past but Hunters Carshalton has proved consistently that they are not like other letting agencies. The team has been very attentive to my needs from start to finish and responded to both the Covid-19 pandemic and any queries with a rare balance of professionalism and friendliness, which demonstrates consistently good customer service and made me feel valued as a client. From my experience, this level of service is unfortunately hard to come by in this industry,, which is why I rely on reviews like this one to steer me in the right direction. I have had a number of negative and stressful situations with serval estate agents. However, working with Annie and Fleur at Hunters in Carshalton has been a breath of fresh air. They are both efficient, helpful and have an amazing attitude to customer service. Fleur kept me informed of the progress which made the usual stressful experience of letting a property a much easier process.
