. I rented out two properties in 2023 with this company Jess dealt with the job of finding the Tennant's and both were an absolute disaster it took a year to get them out and after a great deal of time and money to put right I'll never use this company again to find tennants I don't think Jess gives a toss who she recommends landlords beware
