The whole process of selling my flat has been stressful from receiving an offer until completion. Whilst a lot of this is not directly down to Miles and Barr, the communication throughout the sale has been very poor. At the very start at the process, a member of team showed the prospective buyer around my flat and left it open without even checking if I was still in the building, which is very dangerous. Throughout the process communication generally was slow, and I was the one doing most of the chasing to push the sale through which I didn't appreciate as it added unnecessary stress to the process. Furthermore, I was promised dates for the completion of my sale in October, then November then December and it finally completed at the end of January. Communication did improve and the whole service seemed to improve once I threatened to pull the flat off the market and complain to the Head Office, which obviously I did not want to do.
