We were communicated with once a week until our sale started to progress. At which point we had 2 or 3 calls a week to update us on progress. Which gave peace of mind also. Very happy with the updates we received and the communication from the agent. Went as far as ringing us on days off to make sure we stayed in the loop. Would definitely recommend.
