Been there 13 years as a landlady and Paul Hughes -responsible for lettings never disappointed me. The service is very good and they manage to find me good tenants, drama free, and I feel they have my back. Any issues, if ever arisen, are immediately dealt by Paul in his calm, collected, friendly manner. It's everything a landlady wants from an agency.
